A Belton man was arrested for a burglary after he crawled through a doggy door into a Temple home.
Shawn Devine was charged with burglary of a habitation intent to commit other felony and possession of a controlled substance.
The Bell County Sheriff’s Department said they were called to the home on Brown Ln. around 3 a.m. Saturday.
When deputies arrived on scene, they located a suspect that matched the description given by the caller. They also found a controlled substance on the suspect.
Devine’s bond is set at $235,000.
