Police said missing person Karoline Blackmon has been found and has made contact with her family.
Blackmon was reported missing by her sister on Sept. 14.
Her sister said she had not been in contact with her family since August.
Blackmon had been staying at My Brother’s Keeper, a homeless shelter in Waco. Police believe she recently started staying with friends in the east Waco area before she went missing.
