The Hays County Sheriff Office have made arrests for several burglaries in Dripping Springs.
The sheriff’s office responded to the 100 block of Glosson Road on a report of a stolen vehicle on Sept. 1. There had also been several reports of vehicle burglaries in area subdivisions.
The stolen car Deputies collected evidence at the scenes that led to them identifying the suspects as Jimmy Evans, 20, and Bobby Trevino, 19.
Evans was charged with two counts of burglary of a vehicle and also had an outstanding warrants. Trevino was charged with theft of a firearm and felony theft.
Evidence linked the suspects to the crime and deputies also recovered suspected methamphetamine and marijuana.
Evans and Trevino are being held at Hays County Jail.
