A fired Baylor employee is saying the University fired him without sufficient evidence after a sexual assault investigation led to the firing of several employees.

Thomas Hill was the Associate Athletic Director for Community Relations and Special Projects for the university and had been in the department for 28 years.

According to Hill’s lawyer, the university fired Hill without explanation or warning after the Pepper Hamilton reports found several issues with the way the university held sexual assault accusations.

Hill and his legal team petitioned a Dallas County court to order Baylor to release the Pepper Hamilton Report and other information into the investigation of Baylor’s Athletic Department and the firing of Hill.

If passed, Baylor will be required to produce the documents and the Board of Regents would have to answer questions about the investigation.
