A semi-truck traveling northbound lost control on Interstate 35 and shut down the left lane of the interstate.

The semi-truck was traveling northbound when it blew out a tire, lost control, and hit the center median.

The truck was carrying metal tubing which went flying when the truck hit the median, hitting several cars traveling on southbound Interstate 35.

Two semi-trucks and three other vehicles were involved.

Southbound I-35 is shut down as crews work to clean up the metal tubing.

This is a developing story. Please refresh for updates.
