A Woodway man is behind bars tonight after he posted inappropriate pictures of his ex-girlfriend on the internet.
Authorities said Joshua Scott Neeper posted intimate pictures of his ex-girlfriend to a website and sent other pictures to friends of the victim through a fake social media account.
The 29-year-old was arrested at his home on the 9500 block of Oaks Springs today.
Neeper is now in the McLennan County Jail. He's charged with unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material.
