A Waco man was sent to the hospital after he was shot in the stomach.
Waco Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of N 13th Ave for a shooting Friday night a 9:15 p.m.
According to police, the victim was walking to the store. The victim heard two shots and was shot in the stomach. Police describe the wound as, “superficial.”
The victim was transported to Hillcrest for his injuries.
Police said the victim was not cooperative with investigating officers. No arrests have been made.
