Baylor University's Board of Regents are set to hold a news conference at 1:30 p.m. regarding the bombshell announcement of Head Coach Art Briles' firing and Ken Starr's removal as president.

Those leadership changes, among others, come after the regents received independent law firm Pepper Hamilton's report on the university's handling of sexual assault complaints.
