A criminal defense attorney plans on filing a motion to disqualify three prosecutors for their participation in the Twin Peaks shooting case.

The motion will be filed on the anniversary of the shooting, May 17.

The prosecutors named in the motion are Abel Reyna, District Attorney, Michael Jarrett, First District Attorney and Mark Parker.

Attorney Abigail Anastasio said in a press release the motion will be filed Tuesday afternoon.

On May 17, 2015, nine people were killed and dozens were injured as a result of a shooting between rival biker gangs in the parking lot outside the Twin Peaks restaurant, which was located in the Central Texas Marketplace.
