Another suspect was arrested in connection with the Twin Peaks shooting on Monday.
The sixth indictment was unsealed Monday following the arrest of 39-year-old Stephen Dudley.
Dudley was indicted by a grand jury panel on March 23, accused of engaging in organized criminal activity.
Dudley's indictment was sealed because he had not been arrested in connection to the Twin Peaks shooting before March 23.
On May 17, 2015, nine people were killed and dozens were injured as a result of a shooting between rival biker gangs in the parking lot outside the Twin Peaks restaurant.
