Slideshow: New Twin Peaks' indictment unsealed
One of the six Twin Peaks bikers with sealed indictments has been arrested.
The latest biker to be arrested is James Hardin Jr.
Hardin was arrested Tuesday with an original bond of$250,000. It was reduced later that day to $50,000. He is now out on bond.
He and the other five bikers in those indictments face the same charges as the other 181 who were at twin peaks last May - engaging in organized crime.
The indictment said they caused the deaths of nine people, and injuries to 18 others by shooting, stabbing, cutting or striking them.
The indictment also said they committed the offense as members of a criminal street gang.
The remaining bikers should be taken into custody soon.
