The McLennan County grand jury in charge of the Twin Peaks investigation indicted 48 more people Wednesday, six of whom have not yet been arrested.

That brings to 154 the total number of bikers who have been indicted in the case.  All of them face charges of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.

According to the Texas Penal Code, the punishment for that crime could be at least as serious as the named crime the organized activity is associated with.

"Those 48 cases will be assigned to their courts whether it be the 54th district court or the 19th district court and that point those cases will be set on the courts arraignment docket," McLennan County Criminal District Attorney Abel Reyna said.

More than 30 bikers still have not had their cases heard by the grand jury.
