A car crash on Highway 6 near State Highway 164 killed a passenger Tuesday morning.
DPS Troopers said a woman was driving on the Highway 6 heading towards Waco just before 10 a.m. when she crashed on the slick road.
Kyra Wilson, 37, was behind the wheel, and 22-year-old Trevonte Wilson was sitting on the front passenger seat.
The car hit a concrete wall, spun out of control and then slammed into a tree.
Trevonte Wilson was killed in the accident.
Kyra Wilson was rushed to Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest and is in stable condition.
DPS troopers are investigating the crash. It is unclear if charges will be filed.
