A former Killeen ISD teacher pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges he had sex with a 16-year old student multiple times.
Court papers say the teen's mother found text messages on her daughter's phone from Samuel Caines Jr. that were sexual in nature.
After complaining to police, pictures of Caines and the teen having sex were found on Caines' cell phone.
An investigation revealed the incidents were continuous over a nine month period, including in Caines' classroom.
The 55-year old will be sentenced September 8 after a pre-sentence investigation.
