Cameron Park Zoo has a brand new shark named Loki.
Originally from Missouri, the bonnethead shark was recently transported from Tennessee.
Loki has been stealing the attention of many visitors of the zoo.
Zookeepers want visitors to see that sharks are not all like what they are depicted to be in pop culture and movies.
"We want to get people away from that thought and just show that sharks are actually very graceful and beautiful and they do help balance that food chain and the ocean and ecosystem," said Priscilla Duran, Aquatics Animal Care supervisor.
Cameron Park Zoo is only settling for one shark at the moment, but they hope to expand to homing more of them in the future.
