Teague police are looking for a man who reportedly robbed a pharmacy on Thursday.
According to Teague police, around 12:30 p.m. officers responded to a reported robbery at Pharmacy Plus, which is still under investigation.
A younger male, wearing a black and white bandana, goggles, black tight jogging or sweatpants and a black hoodie, ran and jumped on the counter where the clerks at the Pharmacy were working.
The male pulled out a semi-automatic pistol and demanded narcotic pills. He left after receiving the pills and running behind the building.
Teague ISD, as a precaution, locked down the school to protect the children and staff from any potential threat that may have existed. The lockdown measures were later lifted, once it was determined there was no threat towards the students or staff.
Teague police are following up on leads, in this case, to identify the suspect in the case.
