Judge Strother dismissed 62 Twin Peaks biker cases on Tuesday in Waco.
Just last Thursday, the McLennan County District Attorney's Office dismissed 15 additional cases of bikers indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity in the Twin Peaks shootout.
This brings the total amount of dismissals in the past week to 77.
Nine people died and dozens were injured in the shooting that happened outside the former Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco on May 17, 2015.
