The Bell County Sheriff's Office said that they are investigating after the Bell County Justice Complex received an envelope containing a white powdery substance.
The sheriff's office said that after testing the substance, it was determined to be non-toxic.
The Bell County Justice Complex main lobby area was reopened at approximately 1:30 pm.
This incident is under investigation.
