Later this week, you can help out a local animal shelter and possibly walk away with some prizes, too.
The Paws for a Cause Radiothon is happening Friday at the Humane Society of Central Texas in Waco.
Three radio stations will broadcast for 12 straight hours from the shelter.
Shelter leaders hope you'll come by and make a donation, and if you do, there could be a prize in it for you, money, gift certificates, and more.
"It's going to be a really fun time. We'll have lots of giveaways. We'll have lots of good food. And hopefully we'll be able to raise some money because all of the funds will be able to go here and help these pets," said April Plemons, the shelter's associate executive director.
Paws for a Cause starts at six Friday morning at the shelter and runs until six that afternoon.
