Former Harlem Globetrotter to offer 2-day basketball camp

Aundre “Hot Shot” Branch, a Baylor Basketball Hall of Fame 2016 inductee, will be holding a basketball camp for ages 9 and up. The basketball camp will focus on increasing skills including shooting, ball-handling, offensive and defensive footwork and build confidence and IQs. 

Branch has 15 years of professional basketball experience in the U.S., Europe, Spain and South America. He is a former Harlem Globetrotter and is known as one of the best pure shooters in Baylor Basketball history.

The camp will be held on Saturday, July 1 and Sunday, July 2. Ages 9-12 will be at 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and ages 13 and up at 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The camp will be held at the Waco Boys and Girls Clubs at 2700 N. 21st St., Waco, Texas 76708

The camp costs are $65 for one day or $130 for both days.

All proceeds will benefit three individuals with illnesses.
