The Marlin Police department has found the missing evidence related to a drug charge against a local woman.
Marlin Police Chief Damien Eaglin said a detective found the evidence Saturday afternoon around 4.
The trial for Beth Scruggs was supposed to start on Monday. The Falls County District Attorney's office had to postpone a trial for Scruggs because the meth she was accused of having on her was missing.
Eaglin said the evidence has been secured and will be handed over to the District Attorney's office on Monday.
