A man who tried to rob a 7-Eleven in Killeen early Sunday morning left empty-handed.
It happened shortly before 5:45 a.m. at the 7-Eleven in the 1000 block of W. S. Young Drive.
Police said a man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, and black hat walked into the store and demanded money.
The man ran away empty-handed after an altercation with the clerk.
The clerk received minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
