Police said they have captured two suspects who broke into a home occupied by a young child on Thursday.
The two suspects arrested were 17-year-old Traveon Goode of Bellmead and 18-year-old Dazavion Crane of Waco.
The child called police to the scene on the 1600 block of McKenzie while the burglary was happening.
The burglars have a previous history with the Waco Police Department and were wanted at the time of their arrest Thursday afternoon.
Goode was wanted on a felony theft of a motor vehicle warrant, and Crane was wanted on class C warrants.
"Great job to the youngster for his maturity and ability to take care of himself and to his Momma for having taught him well! Wonderful parenting skills mom," police said in a statement.
