The Paul Miceli Firearms Instruction hosted a free active shooter training in Lampasas on Thursday.
After a brief video, they learned when and how to run, hide and fight back if they came in contact with an active shooter. The instructor went as far as how to properly use a magazine as a weapon.
The instructor told the attendees that a common reason people get hurt is that they don’t believe the situation is happening.
“Don’t be in denial if one of these happens. If something happens, you need to react to it no matter what you do. I put out in my seminar, the best thing you can do is the right thing. The next best thing you can do is the wrong thing and the worst thing you can do is absolutely nothing,” Paul Miceli said.
PM Firearms Instruction holds free active shooter training regularly in Lampasas.
