WACO, TX — The McLennan Highlanders jumped two spots to fifth in the latest NJCAA Division I Baseball Poll.
Wabash Valley (Illinois) continues to hold the top spot this week. Central Florida moved up to second this week from fourth and Gordon State jumped up three spots to third. Walters State (Tennessee) is up one spot to fourth this week
Grayson, McLennan’s conference opponent, is 13th, up one spot from a week ago. New Mexico, the only other Region V opponent mentioned, continues to receive votes.
McLennan will begin play in the Region V Tournament May 10 in San Angelo.
