An adorable puppy named Piglet is capturing the hearts of people everywhere with his cuteness, perseverance and ability to overcome.
Piglet is deaf, blind, and pink.
He was also rescued from a hoarding situation in Georgia, along with his mother and three litter mates.
The little puppy went through months of separation anxiety, according to his website.
"When Piglet arrived, there’s no question that he was anxious and upset, but it’s hard to call it separation anxiety because he wasn’t attached to anything or anybody," says Piglets owners. "We connected with Piglet by holding him and spending pretty much all the time with him trying to comfort him."
But then, he was able to get into a snuggling routine with his new dad.
After that, he also began playing with his siblings, taking walks and even going on house calls with his mom, who's a veterinarian.
Piglet has now been invited to special events and fundraisers to help raise money for special causes, such as helping other rescue dogs and dogs with special needs.
He's even participated in a New York Fashion Show!
The adorable puppy's story has also made an appearance in elementary classrooms, helping kids get learn how to get into a "Piglet state of mind!"
Teachers and parents everywhere can use the lesson plan to teach kids about optimism, perseverance and bouncing back!
