Dr. Carl Dunn earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Scott & White in Temple, Texas. He is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Dunn currently practices at the Scott & White OB/GYN Clinic in Waco where his special interests include: obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery for abnormal bleeding and urinary incontinence, infertility and preventative health.Dr. Dunn is involved serves as Secretary-Treasurer of the Texas Section of American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist and President of the Baker Society, Scott & White OB/GYN Alumni Group; he is the past president of the Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is a recipient of the ACOG Award for Continuing Medical Education as well the AMA Physicians' Recognition Award. Dr. Dunn is an outdoorsman who enjoys archery, photography, computers and raising APHA paint horses.
