Dr. Wayne M. Falcone obtained his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He completed an internship and residency training in internal medicine at Georgetown University and the University of Washington Hospital in Washington D.C. His fellowship training in cardiology was also completed at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. Dr. Falcone served as a Major in the USAF MC. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine Subspecialty of Cardiovascular Disease. He is currently the Medical Director of Cardiology Department at Providence Health Center and has teaching appointments including the Clinical associate Professor of Family Practice & Family Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and the Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Texas A&M University Health Science Center. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Angiology and also a member of the McLennan County Medical Society, Texas Medical Society, Texas Medical Foundation and Southwest Angioplasty Group. Dr. Falcone is currently practicing at Waco Cardiology Associates.
