A 40-year-old man was arrested after a disturbance Saturday afternoon.
Waco police said that Antonio Weaver was accused of cutting a victim in the 1600 block of Live Oak Avenue.
Weaver was believed to be in a home in the area.
SWAT was called to assist, but Weaver was located and taken into custody before SWAT arrived.
Weaver is charged with aggravated assault and is being held at the McLennan County Jail on $50,000 bond.
