WACO, Texas (AP) - Devonte Bandoo scored 19 points and Baylor ended a two-game losing streak with a 59-53 win over Oklahoma on Monday night.

Bandoo was 5-of-7 shooting from 3-point range for the Bears, who made 10 as a team from beyond the arc, and led a Baylor bench that outscored Oklahoma's reserves 24-7 to sweep the season series. The Bears won the first meeting 77-47 on Jan. 28 in Norman, Oklahoma.

The Bears (16-8, 7-4 Big 12) took control with a 13-2 run after the game was tied at 35, but they didn't put it away until a Freddie Gillespie put back made it a four-point game with 36 seconds remaining. Jared Butler was the only other Bear in double figures with 11.

Oklahoma was 3 for 16 from the 3-point line (19 percent) and 8 for 15 from the free throw line (53 percent). Kristian Doolittle led the Sooners (15-10, 3-9), who dropped their fifth straight, with 14 points, and Brady Manek and Christian James had 11 apiece.

THE TAKEAWAY

Oklahoma had plenty of opportunities down the stretch but couldn't take advantage. James missed a pair of free throws with a chance to tie after a flagrant foul with 2:56 remaining, and Rashard Odomes slipped and fell on a drive down by two a minute later.

Baylor entered the game as the top 3-point shooting team during conference play, and that ability kept them in the game in the first half. Eight of their 10 field goals before intermission were from 3-point range, which accounted for 24 of their 31 points.
