This Valentine's Day some are promoting the importance of self-love.
Usually, Feb. 14 is associated with showing appreciation and love to friends and family, but what about yourself?
Bolt Boutique is giving the Waco community an opportunity to do that. With many events this Valentine's Day week, they're showing everyone what you can do to take care of yourself once in a while.
Bolt Boutique is taking the heart-shaped holiday this year and putting a twist to the meaning of love. Some people forget to show a little extra love to themselves not only on Valentine's Day, but throughout the year.
On Thursday, they'll even be hosting an anti-valentines self-love workshop.
From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. they will provide a fun alternative to the traditional valentines day activities. They will include yoga, make and take bath salts and essential oils and much more.
You don't have to be single to enjoy the event, couples are also welcome.
