MILWAUKEE, WI - A 16-year-old male in Fox Lake called 911 after smoking marijuana because he "felt weird" according to the Dodge County Sheriff's Department.
Authorities responded late Saturday night to the teen and his friend who later turned over marijuana to police.
Police issued a citation for possession.
