A man arrested and charged for exposing himself to a woman at a Woodway H-E-B was re-arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a child at the Hewitt Walmart.
According to authorities, in December 2018 at the Woodway H-E-B at 9100 Woodway Drive, a woman reported that 32-year-old Adam Navarro had called her over to his vehicle in the parking lot to ask for directions.
When she got to his vehicle, he exposed his genitals to her.
In January 2019, authorities said a similar situation happened when another woman was called over by Navarro who was asking for directions and exposed himself to her.
On Feb. 14, Navarro was re-arrested after a child said that he had called her over for directions at the Walmart on Hewitt Drive in December and exposed his genitals.
The victims and witnesses were able to provide detectives with a license plate of the suspect vehicle and other identifying information, which led to Navarro.
Police were able to obtain a search warrant for his phone and established that Navarro was in the area at the time of the incidents.
Additionally, Navarro was picked out of a photo lineup by one of the witnesses.
He is also a registered sex offender who is required to register for life.
Navarro was re-arrested and has since bonded out of jail.
