The Williamson County Sheriff's Office is using cardboard cutouts of deputies to deter speeding.
The idea was first shared in early January when Sheriff Robert Chody posted a video of the original cardboard deputy, dubbed "Flat Wolf," patrolling during morning traffic.

Since then, the force has expanded with five more cardboard deputies.
"Watch out, you never know who the real deal is," Chody said on Twitter.
The cutouts have often been placed near schools as young students are on their way to class.
