Baylor Women's Tennis plays third-straight ranked opponent Sunday at No. 23 UCF

WACO, Texas – Baylor will take a crack at its third-straight ranked opponent Sunday as the women's tennis team will take on No. 23 Central Florida at Noon at the UTSA National Facility.
 
Baylor (5-3) faced No. 6 Texas in a 4-0 loss Jan. 27 and fell to No. 17 Miami Friday, 5-2. The Golden Knights are 3-2 on the season with both losses coming to ranked opponents. No. 15 Florida State beat UCF 5-2 in Tallahassee Jan. 20 and No. 20 Northwestern downed the Golden Knights 4-3, Jan. 26.
 
UCF is coming off a 4-1 win on neutral court vs. No. 23 Tulsa Jan. 27.
 
Baylor's Livia Kraus & Kris Sorokolet lead the Bears each with a 6-1 record on the singles court. Kraus is ranked No. 59 and Sorokolet No. 114 in the ITA National Singles rankings. Baylor and UCF are 1-1 all-time against each other, and the Golden Knights took the last meeting in Waco last season, 5-2.
