No. 24 Texas A&M rides a three-game win streak into a Thursday night women’s basketball game at Auburn, with tip set for 7:30 p.m. inside Auburn Arena.

The game is broadcast on SEC Network with Paul Sunderland and Debbie Antonelli on the call. Subscribers can also access the game through WatchESPN and the ESPN app on smartphones, computers, tablets and connected devices (Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox 360 and Xbox One). Radio listeners can hear Tom Turbiville and Steve Miller on The Zone 1150 AM/102.7 FM in Bryan-College Station, and online at 12thMan.com.

Texas A&M (14-4, 3-2 SEC) is coming off of a 76-66 win at Georgia to extend their winning streak to three games, climbing into a four-way tie—that includes Auburn—for fourth place in the league standings. The top four teams in the table receive a double-bye at the SEC Tournament in March.

“We don’t ever want to see [a won-lost percentage of] .500 again in SEC play,” said junior guard Shambria Washington. “We’re going into every game now like it’s a must-win and trying to really get it going.”

In Athens, sophomore forward N’dea Jones had 21 rebounds, tied for the most in school history for a regular season game. Jones is the first player in Texas A&M history with two 20+ rebound games in the same season, after notching 20 on Dec. 15 against then-No. 8 Oregon State.

Auburn (15-3, 3-2 SEC) has not played since rallying from a 20-point third-quarter deficit to post a 72-70 win at Vanderbilt on Jan. 17. Four Tigers—Janiah McKay (14.1), Daisa Alexander (12.8), Unique Thompson (12.7) and Crystal Primm (11.6)—average double-figure points on the season. Auburn, known for their full-court pressure, leads the SEC in steals per game (12.7) and averages 25.8 points off turnovers.

“We need to take care of the basketball and not turn the ball over,” said Jones. “Auburn is a really good basketball team, and they press basically the entire 40 minutes of the game.”

The Aggies have won all 11 previous meetings with Auburn, but the last two matchups on The Plains were decided by less than 10 points. Last season, the Aggies swept the two meetings with the Tigers, with Chennedy Carter scoring 20+ points in each matchup.

This game concludes the Aggies’ stretch with four-of-five games on the road. Texas A&M returns home to Reed Arena to host No. 15 Kentucky on Sunday, January 27 at 4 p.m.
