A Chick-fil-A in Alabama opened on a Sunday to celebrate the 14th birthday of a boy with special needs.

The popular fast-food chain notably is never open on Sundays.

According to WKRG, Elijah Sprague, who is autistic and has cerebral palsy, had his dream of working in a drive-thru fulfilled when Mobile, Alabama Chick-fil-A allowed him to work there for his birthday.

Although his birthday was on a Sunday, the restaurant opened and staff prepared cookies for Elijah to hand out.

Elijah’s mom told WKRGhe was born 18 weeks premature and has limited speech.

After Elijah handed out cookies, everyone celebrated with a party and a cookie cake.
