According to the Texas Home School Coalition Association, Texas leads the nation in the number of families who home school.
In order to make a fun space available for these families to get together, each week Urban Air Adventure hosts a Home-School Open Jump.
Parents who home-school said it has become a great opportunity to get to know other families they would not otherwise meet.
"I think people are just kind of looking for positive socialization for their kids. So, it's really just a great opportunity to have kids who are like-minded and parents who are like minded to come," said Lameisha West, who teaches to of her kids from home.
The Home-school Open Jump is hosted every Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to noon.
