A portion of Main Street in Belton is open after a downed power line across the road had it closed for over 9 hours on Wednesday.
The city said Main Street, also known as FM 317, is closed from Second Avenue to Sixth Avenue.
At 1:10 p.m., Belton police said both poles have been replaced.
