The Burnet County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help looking for the driver of a vehicle involved in criminal mischief.

According to the sheriff’s office, the truck was involved in two incidents of criminal mischief at the J&J Market in Briggs.

On Wednesday, just after midnight, the suspect intentionally backed the truck into one of the gas pumps at the business, damaging the pump.

On Oct. 1, at around 6:30 p.m. the truck also intentionally backed into the store owner’s vehicle which was parked at the store.

The truck in the photo is distinctive and appears to be a farm/ ranch truck. It is believed to be in the Briggs area.

If anyone has any information on the vehicle or suspect, contact Deputy Tracy Weems at (512) 756-8080.
