Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its first “Frosted Mug Run” on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018 at Harker Heights Community Park.
Participants will be offered beer, but alcohol can be substituted with root beer for those who do not drink or are underage. Included in the registration fee is a t-shirt, mug, finisher medal and a craft beer token for a free craft beer from local breweries.
The event is free for kids 12 and under and free parking will be available at the park.
The race schedule is as follows:
7:00 a.m. to 8 a.m. Registration
8:30 a.m. Free Kids Fun Run
9:00 a.m. 5K Race
10:15 a.m. Enjoy food, music and craft breweries.
