A soldier killed in a tactical vehicle rollover has been identified.
III Corps identified the soldier as Pfc. Jacob Casebolt, 21.
The accident happened on Nov. 8 near Elijah and Antelope Roads on base.
Casebolt was from Caney, Kansas and entered the Army in January 2017 and was assigned to the 9th Calvary Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry in July 2017.
Casebolt's awards and decorations include the National Defense Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal and the Army Service Ribbon.
The incident is under investigation by the Fort Hood Directorate of Emergency Services.
