Waco police found a missing elderly woman Thursday evening.
According to Waco police, 69-year-old Maria Gonzales walked away from a home at the 2600 block of Grim around 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
Gonzales is an Alzheimer's patient.
Police said a citizen saw her and called the police. Gonzales was located in the 300 block of University Parks Drive. Officers escorted her home and she was returned home to her family.
She has wandered away in the past and was located in South Waco near 20th and Clay.
