Two men arrested for possessing credit card skimmer, other people's information

Two men have been arrested after police said they possessed other people's identifying information. 

Lampasas police arrested Jose Chaples-Bruzon, 25 and Daniel Perez-Rodriguez, 28, for possessing identifying information of other people, as well as possessing drug paraphernalia, a credit/debit card skimmer and being wanted by other agencies. 

The vehicle the two suspects were stopped by an officer on the 500 block of South Key Avenue on Nov. 14. 

Police said that Chaples-Bruzon was wanted by the Williamson County Sheriff's Department and the Cedar Park Police Department for credit/debit card abuse. 

After searching the vehicle, a credit card skimmer was found. 

Chaples-Bruzon was charged with warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as fraudulent use/possession of identifying information. 

Perez-Rodriguez was charged with fraudulent use/possession of identifying information.

Both men were taken to the Lampasas County Jail.
