Police arrest sex offender accused of flashing student

Killeen ISD police arrested a sex offender who exposed himself to a Harker Heights student on Wednesday.

According to Killeen ISD police, 26-year-old Jeremi Guidry was charged for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. He was arrested for exposing himself to a Harker Heights High School student on Oct. 19.

The violation is a state jail felony and the arrest was the result of an investigation done by officers of Killeen ISD Police Department.

He had a previous conviction for indecency with a child by exposure from 2015. He received a three-year sentence.

Killeen ISD police used a security camera video to spot the suspect’s car and traced it to the man.

He was transported to the Bell County Jail and his bond was set at $100,000.
