A Killeen man was arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child after he repeatedly raped a girl and gave her a sexually transmitted disease.
According to the arrest affidavit, the girl was 8 years old when Carlos Husband, 38, first raped her. The girl told investigators it happened several times between April 2017 and May of 2018.
The girl was given a forensic exam and tested positive for chlamydia.
Husband was arrested on Nov. 3 and charged with first-degree felony aggravated sexual assault of a child. His bond has been set at $150,000.
