Hays County Animal Control removed over 100 cats and dogs from a home on Nov. 1
The Hays County Sheriff's Office said it happened at a home on the 200 block of Towhee Drive in Buda. Officials say that over 161 cats and 15 dogs were found in various health states.
The people in the home identified themselves as a "nonprofit organization" responsible for the care, custody and welfare of the animals.
All animals have been removed from the home.
