The Cen-Tex Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Start Up Waco and Insurors of Texas are presenting Waco with the first Floating Mercado.
This family-friendly event will be Nov. 2 from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Cen-Tex Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, 915 La Salle Ave.
“One of Waco’s greatest assets is the diversity of our community,” said Alfred Solano, Cen-Tex Hispanic Chamber of Commerce President. “The Floating Mercado is a fun way to showcase some of the different food options and shopping experiences from a variety of our local neighborhoods!”
The event will include nine indoor shops, food to sample from six locally based food trucks, Bare Arms Brewery craft beer samples and a live broadcast from La Ley 104.1 Waco.
