Students at Belton New Tech High School were moved to another building after a parent reported concerns over their child having bomb-making materials in their room.
Belton ISD said that a parent reported to Temple police that they had found bomb-making materials in their child's room. No threat was made to the campus, but as a precaution, law enforcement performed a sweep of the school.
Shuttles are not running between Belton New Tech and Belton High School until the all-clear was given.
The all-clear was given just after 2 p.m.
Temple police searched the child's home and no items were found.
Any parent wishing to pick up their student may do so at the Pittenger Fine Arts Center at 400 North Wall Street.
