A woman was arrested for aggravated assault after police say she assaulted her boyfriend with a baseball bat on Saturday.
According to Waco police, around 5 p.m. at the Motel 6 at the 3100 block of S. Interstate 35, Kelly Littlejohn hit her boyfriend with her car and caused damage to Motel 6.
She also used an aluminum baseball bat to assault her boyfriend, demolish the hotel room and smash the windows of her own car.
Littlejohn's boyfriend had significant injuries to his head and said Littlejohn was intoxicated during the assault.
When officers got to the scene, Littlejohn had barricaded herself in the bathroom.
Officers were forced to shoot high-density foam plugs at her legs to get her out of the bathroom.
She was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and criminal mischief. She was then taken to the McLennan County Jail.
Her bond is set at $32,500.
